Imagine you may have a HIIT exercise that's made up of leaping jacks, push-ups and crunches. Each train is done for 30 seconds followed by a ten second rest. And the entire circuit is repeated 3 occasions. How can you create that HIIT exercise on this interval timer?

- Open the app

- Set Worker Interval to 30 seconds

- Set Rest Interval to 10 seconds

- Set Cycles to 2

- Set Sets to 3

- Click Next

- You now have a screen with three exercises listed. Rename the workout routines to Jumping Jacks, Push Ups and Crunches.

- Click Start

That's it. The app will then take you thru your HIIT exercises.
