Neuronify is an educational software meant to create intuition for a way neurons and neural networks behave. You can use it to combine neurons with completely different connections, similar to those we've in our brain, and explore how changes on single cells result in behavioral adjustments in necessary networks.
To build and discover neural networks, you drag neurons and measurement units onto the display screen. In addition, the app comes with a number of ready-made simulations for inspiration.
We goal to provide a low entry point to simulation-based neuroscience. Most students won't get the chance to create their own neural simulator. With Neuronify, these students are still able to construct up their intuition by experimenting with neural phenomena.
Neuronify is predicated on an integrate-and-fire mannequin of neurons. This is certainly one of the simplest models of neurons that exist.
