Affirmations are rightly often associated with Émile Coué. With his auto-suggestion, he developed a world-famous self-help method. The impressive success that was achieved with this method made autosuggestion within a short time a method that is still practiced worldwide to this day to dissolve ingrained thought patterns and beliefs and to continue to improve mental and physical well-being in a simple way - without any outside help.

His most famous affirmation I'm getting better and better every day in every respect and he let his patients say it internally - if possible several times a day - up to 25 times. The basic principles of his approach are still valid today. It is now known that suggestions are most effective when used in a state of deep relaxation.

In this app, one hundred sixty of the most popular and effective affirmations on 10 topics are spoken. In the beginning you should only start with a few affirmations. These should be used repeatedly several times a day if possible.

MUSIC NATURE/SOUNDS

6 music and 25 nature/sounds can be selected, which support and deepen the relaxation and depth effect of the affirmations.

VOLUME

The volume of the voice, music and sounds can be adjusted individually or turned off completely.

REPTS AND PAUSE LENGTHS

The number of repetitions can be set between 1-25 times. In addition, the pause lengths between the affirmations can be set from 5-30 seconds.

8 PLAYLISTS

Up to 8 different playlists can be saved. In addition, the order of the affirmations can be adjusted as desired.
