XBOX GAME PASS BETA AGREEMENT
The following phrases complement any software program license phrases that accompany the Xbox Game Pass App beta.
MICROSOFT SERVICES AGREEMENT. You acknowledge that you have beforehand agreed to the Microsoft Services Agreement. The Microsoft Services Agreement apply to your use of the Xbox Game Pass App beta.
FEEDBACK. If you give feedback concerning the Xbox Game Pass App beta to Microsoft, you give to Microsoft, with out charge, the right to make use of, share and commercialize your suggestions in any way and for any objective.
