Banking on the Go
The Fidor Smart Banking App offers you the option of making transfers directly from your smartphone a to do us. IBAN not at hand? No problem. Entering an email address, mobile phone number or the Fidor nickname is sufficient. Of course, you can also use the classic variant by entering the IBAN for your transfer.
You use the Fidor authorization PIN you have set yourself for the transfers.
A safe feeling of security
The Fidor Smart Banking App uses the so-called " Device Binding ". This means that you can only conduct your mobile banking transactions using a single mobile device. This ensures that nobody can access your Fidor Smart Banking app on a second device.
You also need your email address and password to log into the app.
You decide how long you want to stay logged in (selection in the app menu). A timeout of one minute is set by default. This means that you stay logged in for one minute and then have to re-enter your access data.
Always keep an eye on your account movements
If you wish, the app will inform you about account movements, card activities, bank transfers, standing orders with push notifications. The app provides you with information about which activity has taken place on your Fidor Smart current account or your Fidor Smart business account.
